Membership eligibility
Membership of the Edo Professionals (UK) opens the door to a powerful intellectual forum and an opportunity to network with other individuals, organisations and decision makers in Nigeria. Members are at the heart of shaping and influencing thinking, research and public policy.
The Edo Professionals (UK) Membership is open to all Edo professionals and professional bodies, organisations, NGOs and companies with significant interest in Edo State of Nigeria, regardless of religion, political orientation and affiliation, social status, ethnicity, religion and disability.
By professionals, we mean people with proven track record, with a minimum of three years practical experience in their area of professional specialisation or vocation. To register as a member of Edo Professionals (UK), applicants must observe the followings:
- Must pay a registration/joining fees as determined by the executives of the The Edo Professionals (UK) in their country of domicile. The current fees are £50 registration and £200 annual subscription. This fees is payable on the first day of registration as a member of the Edo Professionals (UK).
- Applicants for membership must either possess a degree or equivalent from a recognised institution or relevant professional qualifications.
- Applicants for membership must submit a brief description of their area of professional specialisation, stating their names, address contact telephone number, email address and job title, role, or occupation.
- Applicants must provide at least three references, one official and two character references.
